You retain ownership of the maps, routes, markers, and book entries you create in Livingstone. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to provide and improve the service.
Offline use and reliability
Livingstone is designed to work offline, but features such as data syncing and account access require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Payments and subscriptions
Certain features require payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Livingstone does not store your payment details.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if required to do so by law.
Limitation of liability
Livingstone is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
